The Town of Logansport, Indiana utility office has partnered with Indiana based PayGOV.US to process electronic payments. The office joins a growing number of Indiana municipalities who have selected PayGOV. The program will allow customers to pay with credit or debit. Tammy Baumgardner led the effort to find a vendor on behalf of the Utility office with experience serving government clients. PayGOV had been working with other Town offices for several years.
The expanded payment capability offers customer convenience and compliance with social distancing guidelines. By partnering with PayGOV the Town will better serve residents with cutting edge technology without bearing the cost. Customers can pay online, over the phone, in the Town Hall and via PayGOV’s Mobile app. The Pay Location Code is PLC 338909.
