Town of Kingman, Indiana embraces change

The Town of Kingman has agreed to a plan to begin accepting credit/debit cards for utility payments. The move expands current options by allowing online, in person, and over the phone credit card payments.
The service will be provided by Indiana based/ Minority owned PayGOV.US.
