The City of Scio, Oregon has chosen PayGOV.US to provide electronic payment services for residents. Payments can be made online at http://ci.scio.or.us/home%20page.htm in person, over the phone or via a mobile app. The app can be downloaded for free from the PlayStore or Itunes listed under PAYGOV. The Pay Location Code for Scio payments is PLC 3584.
