If you see “PayGOV.US Indianapolis” on your bank statement and are not sure what this transaction is for, contact our Toll-Free Call Center at 1-866-480-8552 M-F 8 am – 4 pm EST to speak with a representative for further clarification on the charges. If you decide to dispute the payment with your credit card company, for any reason, an associate from our office will reach out to you for a repayment on the original transaction, plus up to $40 in additional fees. If we cannot reach you directly to make the dispute satisfied there can be a risk of the payment being withdrawn from the office you paid, your debt being sent to a collection agency, or even small claims court.
