Jefferson County Treasurer’s Office Goes Plastic

County Treasurer Linda Greene researched several dozen vendors before deciding upon Indiana based PayGOV.US. “PayGOV is known throughout Indiana Counties as a great fit for government”, explained Greene, “After an extensive search I have yet to find another company who will provide the same level of customized service while indemnifying the County. We expect to work with them for years to come.” PayGOV.US is the preferred vendor for Indiana municipal government.

Fishers’ Utility Department Now Accepts Plastic!

Scarlet Ammerman is to be commended for her efforts to serve residents. "The addition of credit cards has been a long time coming. The Town continues to improve upon our goal of providing accurate, courteous, and easy customer service," explained Mrs. Ammerman. "Residents have continually requested this particular customer service upgrade, and our staff worked diligently to implement this improvement with no cost to the Town. We're happy to start the year off on such a positive note."

Porter County Recorder Announces Change

County Recorder Jon Miller made the decision after researching dozens of providers. Miller ultimately decided upon an Indiana based vendor. “ I was impressed by their “hands on” approach”, explained Miller, “ They have a reputation for excellence in service and reliability. And with the Convenience Fee program the County is able to offer electronic payments without paying the cost.” PayGOV.US is the preferred vendor for Indiana municipal government.

The City of Madison has moved forward on a plan to dramatically expand customer payment options. Residents now can enjoy the convenience of paying their Utility bills online and over the phone. To pay online simply go to (http://madison-in.gov/) Credit and Debit card payments can also be made by phone (866-480-8552).
