The Town of Manchester, Vermont expands customer options

The Town of Manchester, Vermont has partnered with Indiana based PayGOV.US to process electronic payments. The Town joins a growing number of Vermont municipalities who have selected PayGOV. The program will allow customers to pay with credit or debit online, at the Town, and via a mobile application.

Michael DeCubellis, Director of Accounting & Finance, led the effort to find a vendor with experience serving government clients. The Town selected PayGOV because of their reputation for excellence serving Vermont municipalities.

Departments that had offered electronic payments will enjoy a significant cost reduction with the new program. Card acceptance was expanded for the first time into new departments enhancing payment capabilities and increasing customer convenience. By partnering with PayGOV the Town will serve residents with cutting edge technology without bearing the cost.
