The Town of Russiaville, Indiana has added PayGOV payment service as an option for residents. Payments can be made online at https://www.townofrussiaville.com/ or in person, over the phone or via a mobile app. The app can be downloaded for free from the PlayStore or Itunes listed under PAYGOV. The Pay Location Code for Russiaville payments is PLC 3764.
Carroll County Iowa and Iowa County Iowa Landfills joined the rapidly growing list of Iowa Sanitation Departments choosing to work with PayGOV.US.
The Rural Membership Water Corporation (RMWC) is now accepting payments online https://ruralmembershipwater.com/, in person, over the phone or via a mobile app. The app can be downloaded for free from the PlayStore or Itunes and the Pay Location Code is 37642.
The Village is the latest municipality to partner with PayGOV in New York. Village residents will enjoy new, convenient ways to pay at very affordable costs. Depending upon the size of the payment, the convenience fee can be as low as one dollar.
The City of Chester is the first municipality in West Virginia to partner with PayGOV. However, Chester joins a growing number of municipalities across the United States which have chosen PayGOV. PayGOV provides a comprehensive suite of electronic payment services at no cost to the agency.
The City of Ellensburg, Washington would like to announce that it has decided to move forward with the plan to expand electronic payment options. The City has chosen Indianapolis, IN based electronic payments provider PayGOV.US. PayGOV has become a common name among Washington Cities and Towns with a solid reputation for superior customer service and support.
PayGOV has served La Crosse County for several years. This contract provides the opportunity to expand service offerings and enhance customer service.
This is the second contract PayGOV has been awarded with Butte County. PayGOV has served Butte County for several years and looks forward to the opportunity to serve for many more.

New Albany Mayor Jeff Gahan and Billing Director April Dickey led the effort to expand service. "The City has wanted to expand payment options for awhile. With PayGOV we can now make that happen. I'm excited to report that the City continues to improve upon customer service," explained Mr. Gahan.
Southington contracted with PayGOV.US to provide the service. This expansion marks the latest step towards greater resident convenience. Residents are now able to use the Town website to view important news and information along with making payments. Southington chose PayGOV because of their impeccable reputation and “$0 cost” program for municipalities.
City Clerk Stacey Amundson took her search for a vendor to other Montana Clerks. The response was overwhelmingly in favor of one company, PayGOV.US. Mrs. Amundson explained he decision, “We pay attention to other Cities and Towns to see what works and what doesn’t. PayGOV.US stood out as the clear choice. They have positioned us to expand services to our residents without absorbing the costs.”
Online payments is the latest step towards greater resident convenience Valier Clerk Treasurer Jackie Sheble has taken. “We are thrilled to have a vendor that understands the balance between customer convenience and our fiduciary duty to the residents. We wanted to provide more methods of payment while keeping costs low. Until now the service was considered cost prohibitive,” explained Mrs. Sheble. “We chose PayGOV because of their reputation and Montana references.”
“We found PayGOV.US after searching for a sensible solution,” stated Clerk/Treasurer Abigail Lawson, “they came highly recommended by other cities and towns throughout Indiana and were the perfect choice for Kingman.” PayGOV.US provides the service to the town at no cost. Only the residents who choose to use the service for convenience are assessed a nominal fee.
The search for the right company took longer than expected. Few were willing to accommodate the needs of the Village or were simply too expensive. Phyllis Falsetta, Village Clerk, searched for a vendor which specialized in local government. Most companies offering services to municipalities engaged their clients in long term contracts or charged exorbitant fees. Mrs. Falsetta knew there had to be a better way.
In order to offer this service the Town has contracted with an Minority Owned Indiana based company known as a premier provider of electronic payments. PayGOV.US is a leader in merchant processing in the government sector. Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Stoops credits their success with their “ability to adapt quickly” to the changing environment. “We found PayGOV.US after searching for just the right company,” explained Clerk/Treasurer Linda Fisk, “ they came highly recommended by other cities and towns throughout Indiana.”
Clerk/Treasurer Beth Bennett led the effort to expand service. "People ask if they can pay with their card every week," explained Mrs. Bennett. "Now we can finally tell them YES!"
