Ferdinand Indiana to accept plastic

The Town of Ferdinand is now accepting payments for utilities online, in person, and over the phone.

Ferdinand joins a growing list of Indiana municipalities working with PayGOV.US. This service was added by request of citizens eager for convenient methods of payment. PayGOV was chosen because of their excellent reputation and “$0 cost” program for municipalities.

City Treasurer Beverly Schulthise explained why she chose PayGOV. “No risk is important for the Town. PayGOV indemnifies Ferdinand of the liability if there is an issue with the payment. The town has no risk. PayGOV also keeps Ferdinand compliant with industry standards. We are excited to offer greater convenience to our citizens. .”

PayGOV.US, a leading provider of electronic payment options based in Indianapolis, Indiana and 2009 Indiana Companies to Watch Award Winner, has similar agreements with government entities and utilities in over 40 states.
